Personalized Coaching. Purposeful Training. A Stronger You.

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve your fitness, change your body composition, or perform better athletically, personal training gives you a structured plan and a coach in your corner.

As a Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness Florissant, I work one-on-one with clients of different experience levels and starting points. Your training is built around your goals, abilities, lifestyle, and individual needs—not a one-size-fits-all program.

You’ll receive the coaching, education, accountability, and support needed to train with purpose and continue making measurable progress.

Why Choose Personal Training?

Walking into a gym without a plan can feel overwhelming. Many people spend months—or even years—trying different workouts without making the progress they’re looking for.

Working with a personal trainer removes the guesswork.

Every session is planned to help you train safely, efficiently, and confidently while progressing toward your goals. Instead of following a generic workout plan, you’ll receive coaching based on your goals, experience level, abilities, and individual starting point.

My role is simple: provide the direction, education, accountability, and support that help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident in what you can do.

Who Is Personal Training For?

Personal training can help people at many different experience levels and stages of their fitness journey, including:

  • Beginners who don’t know where to start
  • Individuals looking to lose weight
  • Busy professionals wanting efficient workouts
  • Former athletes getting back into shape
  • High school and college athletes
  • Adults wanting to build strength
  • Anyone recovering from years of inconsistent exercise
  • People looking for accountability and motivation

No matter where you’re starting, your training is built around your individual goals, abilities, experience, and lifestyle.

What to expect

Customized Training Program

No two clients are the same.

Your training is designed around your:

  • Goals
  • Experience level
  • Current fitness level
  • Schedule
  • Abilities and limitations
  • Individual progress

As you improve, your program evolves so you continue to be challenged appropriately.

Coaching & Technique

Personal training is more than being given a list of exercises. You’ll learn how to perform movements correctly, understand why they’re included in your program, and develop the confidence to train more effectively.

Coaching can include:

  • Exercise instruction
  • Technique and form
  • Appropriate exercise progression
  • Equipment guidance
  • Training intensity
  • Rest and recovery
  • Safe, effective training habits

Accountability & Progress

Consistency is one of the biggest factors in long-term progress. We’ll track how your training is going, recognize improvements, identify where adjustments are needed, and keep moving forward.

Your training includes:

  • Structured workouts
  • Progress tracking
  • Regular program adjustments
  • Goal review
  • Coaching feedback
  • Ongoing accountability
  • Support when challenges come up

Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

What you do outside the gym matters too. We’ll discuss practical nutrition principles and everyday habits that can support the work you’re doing in your training.

Topics may include:

  • Nutrition habits
  • Hydration
  • Meal consistency
  • Protein and balanced meals
  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Daily activity
  • Building sustainable routines

The goal is education and better habits—not a temporary quick fix.

Benefits of Personal Training

  • Support weight-management goals
  • Learn proper lifting technique
  • Develop healthier habits
  • Improve athletic performance
  • Improve confidence
  • Increase strength
  • Reduce injury risk
  • Build lean muscle
  • Stay accountable
  • Make measurable progress
